- I always have my hair cut symmetrically. It looks asymmetrical only because leave my parting wherever it falls on running my hand through my hair to straighten it out in the morning.
- I am now the age my favourite band were when I got into their music.
- I used to know Mulder and Scully’s badge numbers.
- I think I’ve left my phone at work, but the fact that I only noticed before I went to bed, when I was going to turn it off, kind of proves how little I use/need it.
- Back at university, I was never more than 10 minutes from a PC or laptop connected to the internet that I could use – so most people knew to contact me by email, im, comments on my blogs or other web methods rather than my phone. While the internet isn’t quite as pervasive in my life any longer, I’m still easier to get hold of via the web than by phone.
Honorary mention: I actually hate that mobile phones have somehow made it acceptable for people just to fail to turn up for pre-arranged events. When it’s taken you 45 minutes to get somewhere to met someone, the last thing you want to hear just as you arrive is that they can’t make it for no good reason.
