So, at last year’s London Film Festival, I went to see some experimental short films and Transcalar Investment Vehicles was one of them, but unfortunately the version of the film they had at the festival wasn’t the correct final version. OH GOD, YES. Just very quietly, four puppies appear, and the response Coulson gets from May is, “This is Agent Spot. He’s here to make sure you make good choices.”
And she never quite says *how.* But sometimes Skye or Coulson will think about doing something May would disapprove of – just think it – and Agent Spot or Agent Wags will give them this look like they *know.* And that’s enough.
(also Agents Spot & Buddy are the best fetchers, and sometimes if Coulson and Fitz have been especially good they will gently suggest that they all play with the tennis ball together.)
(look MAYBE I am picturing a whole family of dog agents with carefully selected personalities to keep track of everyone. MAYBE. Skye’s is a golden retriever who likes hugs. Fitz gets a border collie who helps him find files. Coulson gets the most serious, tenacious corgi ever. Agent Wags is a Jack Russell; he needs the extra energy because he is in charge of Simmons and Trip and Bobbi and Lance put together, although really it’s mostly Lance.)
