@actualteen: According to an interview in last Friday’s USA Today, his name is Eric. In the credits, he’s just “The Huntsman”.

Actually, now I think about it… I believe he DOES get called Eric IN the film. Possibly by the people in the pub at the beginning. After that, no one has the courtesy to introduce themselves to each other.
Crying a little because I’m not watching this movie right now.
I’m not really a fan of either Kirsten or Charlize…mostly because the films they’ve been in, in the past, just haven’t been my thing. HOWEVER, the whole Snow White in armour thing had me SO I WENT TO SEE THIS TODAY, and it was really good. 😀
Snow White was ok, Queen Ravenna was awesome, the dwarves? OMG THE DWARVES. <3 The Huntsman was interesting. Uh… who else. Actually, you know, I don’t really know why they put “and the Huntsman” up there in the title, other than to try and snag a larger male audience. Really, I would title it “Snow White and the Queen” or something. Because, y’know, that’s what it’s actually about.
