- Used up today’s measure of “asking people things” fortitude, asking the lady at Sainsbury’s tobacco counter if they had Hunger magazine and putting her right when she “I’ve worked here for 17 years and never seen it.” with “…but I bought the last issue here six months ago”
- After being directed to the customer service desk, who immediately spotted Magazines guy and pointed me to him, I was too British to request a particular cover (there are 4 different ones) since he was unpacking them just so I could have a copy.
- …luckily still got the cover I’d wanted 😀
- I <3 how Hunger has 1. Lots of pages. 2. Lots of pages with actual content 3. good interviews 4. awesome pictures/artwork
