Pretty much, that’s the aesthetic. It is a bit like a peek into Chef Hell, in some ways.
I think the video is about 1.25x the speed it should be. Well. Guy Fieri is 1.25x the speed a person should be.
But the watermelon/pork belly/rocket salad looks delicious apart from the onions. Onions are the worst.
