Spare Ticket: 14th December – Xfm Winter Wonderland
Kaiser Chiefs, The Maccabees, The Horrors, Band Of Skulls, Tribes, Ben Howard & We Are Augustines are playing @ Brixton on Wednesday 14th December.
So five good bands supporting one slightly lame one. But you know, it will be fun. I have a spare ticket so I thought I’d put it up on here. I’m going with a few friends and so if you want to come along you are very welcome to join us; or if you want to buy it to go with your own friends you may also do that!
Send me a message to my ask box if you’re interested. Face Value. Ticket cost me around £25 i believe but I’ll have to check.
Last year’s Winter Wonderland was amazing. I don’t think that this line up could top that one (Manic Street Preachers, Suede, White Lies, Two Door Cinema Club, The Drums, Mona – I reiterate, MANIC STREET PREACHERS, zomg) BUT STILL, it’ll be good night and terribly good value for money in these difficult economic times.
I really want to see The Horrors, because the only time I kind of saw them was when they made a supergroup with the Vaccines at Chazzstock and did a bunch of covers. Which was cool, but…not The Horrors.
And I’m going. So go buy Josh’s ticket (unless you can’t go, sorry Kirsty :()
Who has tickets for Bruce Springsteen?
THIS GIRL.
This girl also has tickets for XFM Winter Wonderland, The Wombats, Gotye, Frank Turner and Alkaline Trio.
:D:D:D
SO EXCITED
Not been on tumblr much for the last couple of months and this is one of the reasons why (other than the rest of my life getting crazybusy). Next Wednesday is going to be EPIC. Mona, The Drums, Two Door Cinema Club, White Lie and the MANIC STREET PREACHERS. Plus some special mystery guest.
WIN. Last Monday I saw Interpol, next Sunday I’m seeing Frank Turner, then this is on Wednesday and the week after I’m going to see The Twang… And I’ve got a couple more gigs lined up in January and February as well as what could be the greatest event of next year…
Yes. That’s right. I’m going to see The Hoff in Panto. Peter Pan, to be specific. David Hasslehoff is playing Captain Hook. In Panto. OMG.
