ok real talk tho? at the beginning of the rain king when the camera pans to an open box of chocolate and the man says TO HIS FIANCEE on valentines day “and you wonder why your ass is so big”??? she shoulda decked him. killed him. straight up obliterated him. the entire episode should have been who killed the town jester bc he’s fooling himself if he thinks he deserves her. it should have been the woman confessing to scully that she killed her fiancee and and the rest of the episode should have been scully and mulder covering up a murder. the end
